In addition to Sundborns GoIF, 20 other teams played in Pojkar 12 Grön (rek 06-07). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Sundborns GoIF could be found in Group D together with FBC Uppsala, Djurö Vindö IF and Ekerö IK P07-vit.

Sundborns GoIF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Örebro SK Ungdom with 3-5. In the Final, Örebro SK Ungdom won over IBF Borlänge 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 12 Grön (rek 06-07).
