In addition to the two Vallentuna IBK teams, 19 other teams played in Pojkar 12 Grön (rek 06-07). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Vallentuna IBK 1 VIBK P07 could be found in Group B together with Samuelsdals IF P07, Hässelby SK Innebandy 1 Hawks P07 and Nacka Wallenstam P08 svart.

Vallentuna IBK 1 VIBK P07 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBF Borlänge 1 with 3-6. In the Final, Örebro SK Ungdom won over IBF Borlänge 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 12 Grön (rek 06-07).
