In addition to the two Vallentuna IBK teams, 19 other teams played in Pojkar 12 Grön (rek 06-07). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Vallentuna IBK 2 VIBK P07 could be found in Group A together with IS Saga, IBF Borlänge 1, Strömsbro IF P07 and Örebro SK Ungdom.

Vallentuna IBK 2 VIBK P07 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vallentuna IBK 1 VIBK P07 with 3-8. In the Final, Örebro SK Ungdom won over IBF Borlänge 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 12 Grön (rek 06-07).
