Category D: Stay in a hotel

When buying a participant card (player and leader) in categories A, B, C or D, each team must start paying between 01-february and by 28 February 2019.
Extra orders
Booking of meal vouchers:
Teams wishing to order EXTRA lunch and dinner meals can do it. The amount to pay is then SEK 80 per meal voucher. EXTRA meal vouchers can not be ordered on site and must be pre-booked before 1st of April.

- APPENDIX OF NEW PARTICIPANTS IN CAT, CAT.B1 and CAT.B2 IN MARCH MONTH: fee 250kr / change. Valid from 15 March.
- APPENDIX OF NEW PARTICIPANTS IKAT.A, CAT.B1 and CAT.B2PUNCHING APRIL MONTH: fee 500kr / change. Valid from 2 April.
Contact us first. New fire regulations in Västmanland make sure that we first check if there is enough room in the dormitory we have chosen for you.
A new report must be sent to Mälardalen's Fire and Rescue Service and Västerås City. Even a new list must be written to the Residence values, with the right number of people.
Changes are made when the fee is paid.
Refund of ordered participant cards and ordered meal vouchers:
After February 15th, participant cards and meal vouchers will only be refunded for presentation of medical certificates. Participant cards and meal vouchers can be taken over by other players / leaders. This will then be regulated in the team layout of the team.
