Participants
You can choose to participate in any of the following categories:
Stay at school (A):
Accommodation takes place from Friday 12 April to Sunday 14 April (two nights). Hard ground. 6 meals are included. The first meal begins with dinner April 12 and ends with lunch April 14th. Minimum one, maximum four leaders per team can attend the school. All residents pay the attendance fee. Arosbraclet is included.
Stay at school (B.1):
Accommodation takes place from Friday 12 April to Sunday 14 April (two nights). Hard surface.6 meals are included. The meals start with dinner April 12 and end with lunch April 14th. Minimum one, maximum four leaders per team can attend the school. All residents pay the attendance fee. The Arosbraclet is included.
Stay at school (B.2):
Accommodation takes place from Saturday 13 April to Sunday 14 April (one night stay). Hard ground. 4 meals are included. 4 meals are included. The meals start with lunch April 13th and end with lunch April 14th. Minimum one, maximum four leaders per team can attend the school. All residents pay the attendance fee. The Arosbraclet is included.
Own booked accommodation or local team (C):
Max 50 teams in this category. The date on which we received the legal fee determines the tour scheme. Arosbraclet is included. No meals included. (Can order, go to fees and extra order to know more)
Stay at Hotel Category (D):
Do you want to stay in a hotel during the cup? Choose to stay with one of our partners Good morning hotel or hotel Arakad. First-come-first-served. In Category D there are two nights from 12-14 April and 2 breakfasts in hotel, 2 lunches + 2 meals in the school + Arosbraclet.
This is included in the Arosbraclet:

Generally:
Check-in can take place before and after the team's first match.
Check-in:
Participant card A: Check-in takes place at the school Friday 12/4 from kl. 17:30.
Participant card B1: Check-in takes place at the school Friday 12/4 from kl. 17:30.
Participant card B2: Check in at the school Saturday 13/4 from kl. 08:00 CET.
Participant card C: Check in at ABB Arena Friday 12/4 from kl. 17:30.
Participant card D: Check-in takes place at the hotel Friday 12/4 from kl. 15:00
Schools (Cat A, B1, B2)
NOTE! It is still school time until noon. 17.00 on Friday, April 12, 2019. Therefore, all schools are available for check-in after 10:00. 17:30
Upon arrival at the school, the team will deposit a deposit of SEK 500 for the school hosts, which will be displayed at the approved school checkout. The school hosts take a picture of the classroom and also invite the team leader to do the same.
A team set up with players and leaders must be submitted to school values upon arrival.

NOTE! Last departure (Check out) from schools is Sunday at. 14:00
Cleaning of classrooms and restoration of furniture: Each team is responsible for restoring the classroom in the same order as when arriving at school. The coach contacts the school hosts that accompany and inspects the classroom before departure. Once the school hosts have approved cleaning and handing over classrooms, the deposit is refunded to the team by SEK 500,
Own accommodation, at another hotel or cottage town that made the order itself. (Cat. C)
Participant card C: Check in at ABB Arena, Friday 12/4 from kl. 17:00 and on Saturday 13/4 from kl. 08:00 CET.
Print Team Layout (Player and Leader) and leave list to staff at Service Center (ABB Arena South).

Hotel (Kat D)
Accommodation at Hotell Arkad and Good Morning Hotell. (Cat. D)
Participant card D: Check-in at hotel, Friday 12/4 from kl. 15:00. Check-in time may vary. Check out your hotel.
Print team composition (player and leader) and leave the list of staff at the hotel reception.
